How long should I wait to hear back?
We do our best to reply to all emails, chats, and texts within 24 hours. You’ll usually get a quicker response if you reach us during business hours (7AM to 4PM Pacific, Monday through Sunday).
Am I texting a real person?
Yes! When you reach out to us, you'll most likely get a response from someone on our customer experience team, but we all love talking to customers so you might also be talking to one of our founders. We do occasionally send some automated order notifications (and marketing texts if you're subscribed)!

How do I access my account?
If you're a subscriber, you can access your personal customer portal via the link. Any issues? You can text us at 470-27 or email hey@verbenergy.com.
How can I update my phone number?
You can update your phone number in your personal customer portal in your Profile. Any issues? Simply email or text us.
There is something wrong with my order.
If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right. Reach out anytime and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible. You can email hey@verbenergy.com or text 470-27 between 7AM and 4PM PT, Monday to Friday. If you contact us outside business hours, our team will get back to you the next day.
What is a Verb Subscription?
A Verb subscription is the easiest way to keep your favorite bars on hand. Members save up to 30% on every box, get early access to new flavors and sales, and often receive surprise gifts in select orders. Your subscription is flexible. You can change flavors, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our team.
How do I manage my subscription (skip, delay, change flavors, update info)?
Your Verb subscription is super flexible. You’ll get a text or email 3 days before your next box ships letting you know it’s on the way. From there, you can reply to update, skip, or cancel right from that message, or head to your personal customer portal to make any changes anytime.

Where can I buy Verb?
You can buy Verb on our website (we recommend our Starter Kits if you haven't purchased before), on Amazon & at retailers nationally.
What's a Starter Kit?
Our Starter Kit is an exclusive deal for first-time subscribers to build their own bundle and try some of our favorites. You can mix and match Energy Bars, Protein Bars, or Daily Hydrate. The more boxes you add, the bigger the discount (up to 30% off when you subscribe to 4 or more).
Can I buy a Starter Kit without signing up for a subscription?
Our Starter Kits are only available through a subscription when you purchase online. We’re confident you’ll love Verb and you’ll want to stick with us – but if for any reason you want to break up (sniff sniff), we don’t make it hard. You can change, delay, or cancel your plan anytime. You can also place a one-time order through our Shop page!
Can I place a bulk order?

Can I place a wholesale order?
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes, we accept returns and refunds as long as the items are unused, undamaged, and the request is made within 30 days of delivery. If there is anything wrong with your order or you are not happy with your flavor, we will make it right.
For orders of 2 caddies or more, you will be eligible for a return. We want this to be smooth for you, so if it is only a few boxes, there is no need to send anything back. We can still help with an exchange or refund.
Just contact us for support and our team will handle the next steps.
Shipping
Where does Verb ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Canada through our shipping partner, Passport. We hope to offer additional international shipping options as soon as possible!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on where you’re located. Most U.S. orders ship for $6.95, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or military addresses ship for $14.95. If you’re in Canada, your rate will be shown at checkout.
The best part? You get free shipping on one-time orders over $55 and subscription orders over $35.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days once you get your tracking number. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday ship out the following Monday.
You can easily check your order status using the Order Tracking option in our website chatbot or by entering your tracking number on the USPS website.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS, however sometimes a 3rd party will come in to help!
I haven't received my shipment.
You can check the shipping status of your order by referencing the tracking link sent via email once your order has shipped.
If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, your shipment is delayed, or has never arrived, send us an email or text and we'll try to get it resolved right away!
My order is late, missing, or damaged. What should I do?
If your order seems delayed, start by checking your tracking information. You can view it through the Order Tracking option in our website chatbot or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email or your order hasn’t moved for several days, reach out to us by email at hey@verbenergy.com or text 470-27 and we’ll investigate with our shipping provider.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the box or items so we can send a replacement or process a refund as soon as possible.
We’ll make sure you’re taken care of quickly.
Energy and Protein Bars
How much caffeine is in your bars?
Our Caffeinated Energy Bars have 80mg of caffeine from organic green tea. This is approximately equivalent to the amount of caffeine in a shot of espresso.
Do you offer low sugar bars?
We no longer offer our Low Sugar Caffeinated Energy Bars with 2g of sugar but we are always exploring opportunities for new products!
Where are your bars manufactured and sourced?
Our bars are manufactured in the US, and our ingredients are sourced from various partners.
Are your almond-based bars manufactured on the same lines as your peanut-based bars?
Our bars are made in a facility that handles both almonds and peanuts, but the equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each production run. These procedures meet the highest food safety standards, so you can enjoy your bars with confidence.
If I'm pregnant, can I eat your bars?
Verb Energy Bars contain 80mg caffeine from green tea (equivalent to one shot of espresso), so it's up to you and your doctor how much caffeine you are comfortable consuming!
What is the difference between the energy bars & the protein bars?
We know everyone’s energy needs and preferences are different, so we wanted to create more options:
Our Caffeinated Energy Bar is our original energy bar, with 80mg of organic green tea caffeine. These pocket-sized pick-me-ups are 110 calories.
Our Caffeinated Protein Bar is double the size of our energy bar and also contains 80mg of organic green tea caffeine, along with 10g of plant-based protein. Our protein bars do contain allulose so we can keep the sugar low, but we will be removing allulose from future formulations — stay tuned.
Daily Hydrate
What’s in the Hydration Mix, and is it safe for special diets?
Our Hydration Mix is primarily made with electrolytes (including naturally occurring ones from coconut water) and vitamins to support everyday movement and vitality. It’s sweetened with Stevia and given a natural hue from blue spirulina and turmeric.
For special diets, it’s vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free, Non-GMO, kosher certified, caffeine-free, and keto-friendly—with fewer than 5 calories per serving.
How does it help my body compared to just drinking water?
Water hydrates, but it doesn’t replace the electrolytes you lose through sweat, travel, or daily life. Our mix helps your body actually absorb and use the water you drink. Plus, vitamins and natural plant compounds support your immune system and recovery, so you feel recharged instead of just quenched.
When and how should I use it?
Mix 1 serving with 16–24 oz of cold water. Best during or after exercise, but also helpful when traveling, after a late night, while fighting jet lag, or anytime you’re feeling dehydrated.
Is it safe for kids, pregnant, or breastfeeding women?
Yes, but as with any supplement, it’s best to check with your doctor before adding something new to your routine.
Where is it made, and is it quality-tested?
Every batch is made in the USA and tested by third-party labs for safety and quality. All ingredients are non-GMO and carefully sourced.
