What's the difference between protein & energy bars?
Our original energy bars are pocket-sized with 90-110 calories, so they're best for a light snack or coffee replacement. We created our protein bars to be more satiating, packing in 10g of protein & around double the size of the energy bars. Both contain the same amount of caffeine (80mg - about as much as an espresso), are made with Organic Green Tea & are vegan and gluten-free.
