I love Verb bars as an afternoon pick-me-up...I sit in front of a computer all day for work, and I get sleepy in around 2 or 3 p.m. I look forward to my Verb bars for a tasty snack and bit of energy. I know a lot of people eat Verb bars as an alternative to coffee, but I really like to have one with a cup of coffee because it's tasty!
